From there, I’ll build your Pre-Listing Game Plan: what to address, what to skip, how to price, and when to list. You’ll know exactly what to expect before we take a single step toward the market.
Phase 2 — Launch
Your home hits the market with full professional presentation, strategic pricing, and a coordinated launch designed to create demand. I manage every detail — photography, staging, MLS listing, digital marketing, open houses, and agent outreach — so you can focus on your life while I focus on your sale.
Phase 3 — Close
From accepted offer through the close of escrow, I stay by your side. I coordinate with escrow, title, inspectors, and the buyer’s agent, and I keep your transaction moving forward — calmly and professionally — no matter what comes up. My goal is a smooth close that gets you to your next chapter with confidence.
