It's an upscale golf community in west Valencia, built around the private 18-hole, par-72 course at The Oaks Club at Valencia, with gated neighborhoods, an oak preserve and resort-style HOA amenities.
What is Westridge known for?
Westridge is one of Valencia's most elegant communities. Homes wrap around the fairways and rolling hills, from townhomes and detached condominiums to guard-gated custom estates. It sits close to the 5, a short drive down Valencia Boulevard from Valencia Town Center.
Homes and neighborhoods in Westridge
Westridge was built largely in the early 2000s and has a wide range: gated townhomes and detached condominiums, two-story homes on quiet cul-de-sacs, and guard-gated custom estates. Many homes back to the fairways or have mountain and valley views.
- Westridge Estates. Guard-gated custom homes beside the oak preserve, many with golf views.
- Oakmont. Gated one- and two-story homes along the course.
- Emerald. Large detached homes beside the golf course.
- Masters. Spacious two-story homes, some with views.
- Bent Canyon, Montanya and Sundance. Two-story homes. Bent Canyon is mostly gated, and Montanya and Sundance are gated, many on cul-de-sacs.
- Bella Ventana, Cypress Point and San Abella. Townhomes and detached condominiums.
Does Westridge have an HOA or Mello-Roos?
Every Westridge home belongs to the HOA, which maintains the pools, spas, clubhouses, courts and parks, and gated neighborhoods may add their own association. In my experience Westridge is generally free of Mello-Roos, but other special assessments can apply, so we confirm each home's tax bill. Membership at The Oaks Club is separate and optional.
